Reklamation för Skada eller Defekt
According to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), Section 16, you have the right to file a claim if a product is defective, faulty, or damaged during transport. Here's how to proceed:
Upon receipt: Inspect the product carefully.
Report within a reasonable time: No later than 2 months from the date you discovered the defect.
Submit the following:
- Order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Email everything to hey@hellosmart.se. We will confirm receipt and get back to you with the next steps.
Garantitäckning
All technical accessories are covered by warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and Section 15 of the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. The standard coverage includes:
- 2 years of warranty for manufacturing or material defects.
- Any extended warranties are stated in each product description.
For warranty matters, please email hey@hellosmart.se with your order number and a description of the issue.
Retur av Godkända Reklamationer
Returns are only accepted after written pre-approval. If your claim or warranty case is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how to send the product back
Do not return any items without our approval — such returns may be rejected.
Återbetalningar
For approved claims or warranty cases, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may cause the funds to appear a few days later.
